Enjoy a FREE family day of fun and go home with goodies to start off the school year! The 4th Annual Heart Festival Block Party has music, food and more in store! Come get your FREE books, school supplies, and bookbags! Make bracelets, design your favorite t-shirt, and join in on the chalk mural!
